Return Policy
- Returns within 10 days of receipt: A full refund of the labeler price paid. The customer is responsible for freight charges, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Returns after 30 days: A 20% restocking fee plus freight charges will apply.
- Refund Process: Refunds are issued within 5 to 7 days after the return is received in good condition. The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
- Condition: The customer is responsible for any damage to the returned unit.
- Custom Machines: Please note that custom machines are not returnable.
